The method for estimating flood-frequency discharges at ungaged streams involves using flood-frequency relation formulas, as shown in the table below. Flood-discharges, by region, are computed for user-supplied stream drainage areas. You can use the formulas in the table, or, by filling in the region and drainage area in the form to the right, the flood discharge estimates will be calculated.
