The USGS Georgia Water Science Center presents flood-frequency information to estimate the magnitude and frequency of floods having recurrence intervals of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 500 years for rural Georgia streams. As of March 2009, you should access the flood-frequency Web page in order to compute the flood frequency statistics for Georgia.
